♥ Hello lovelies! ♥ Today's post is how to make a natural face mask to hydrate your skin in case you have it dry. Like all face masks (or at least the ones I know) you can apply it every 7 days.

What you need is...
- Milk (whole milk, not lactose free, not light. No. Whole Milk)
- Cocoa
- Coffe (It needs to be coffee bean not instant coffee)
- A recipient
- A spoon (preferably median)
Steps:
♥ First, put 8 spoons of milk on your recipient. I recommend to use a median or small spoon if you don't want a lot of the mixture.
The milk is very important in this mask because what we want to do is hydrate & make our skin softer.
Why milk? Well, the lactic acid is one of the best scrubs & moisturizers that nature provides us. It also stimulates the natural production of collagen.
♥ Next, add 4 spoons of cocoa.
Why cocoa? The cocoa contains multiple vitamins, proteins & chemicals that promote the regeneration of our skin & regulate the development of fluids that keep it hydrated.
Cocoa has a moisturizing effect for dry and damaged skin, & it is also invigorating. Finally, its phenols help to detoxify the skin.
♥ To finish add 4 spoons of coffee!
Why coffee? Coffee has detoxifying properties, it is also a great stimulant and it helps to eliminate toxins and fat also helps achieve smoother skin.
♥ Blend this mixture until it turns homogeneous.
Apply on your face, that has to be clean. And let it work for 15 minutes (max. 20 minutes).
Wash your face with warm water & you're done!
I highly recommend you when you try this, to be alone in your house, or ask everyone to not bother you, I think it works better when you're totally relaxed. Put some classic music & if you want some incense.. I hope you liked it & that it works for you! it sure worked for me!
